Hoxton 1 : Contemporary new build mixed use development of flats above a shop
This completed development of 14 flats and a ground floor retail unit is on the edge of Hoxton in London.
The design is very breaks down the massing of this prominent corner building.
We worked with the design and build constructor as their architect to discharge planning conditions, coordinate detailed design with the other consultants and negotiate building regulations approval.
