Extension of residential care home
We were approached by the operators of this care home having worked with them on another of their properties.
We have prepared a pre-application planning enquiry, and draft planning application for an extension to provide 5-new bedrooms.

Added value: The owners have previously had 2- planning applications refused and 2-appeals dismissed. Once appointment we conceived a new scheme that is sympathetic to the host building and amenity of neighbours. The outcome is a response to the pre-application enquiry that is supportive of our extension.
We are now confidently moving forward with a full planning application.
