As the building is a locally listed Building of Merit located in the Hammersmith Grove Conservation Area we have consulted very thoroughly with the local authority and conservation officer.
The proposals include the addition of two new bedrooms in a roof extension, rear terrace amenity space, and replanning at all levels.
